In 2011, Omer Mutaqi (Founder & CEO) embarked on a journey that would revolutionize the HR industry. With a vision to provide exceptional workforce solutions and a commitment to excellence, he founded BuraqHR. Drawing from his extensive 20-year experience in staff augmentation and HR, Omer assembled a team of MSP experts who share his vision, mission, and values.

One of the driving forces behind BuraqHR’s success is David Ballew, a seasoned Senior MSP Solutions Consultant. With an impressive 25+ years of experience in the global contingent workforce and talent acquisition realm, David is a recognized leader in delivering managed service provider strategy. His creative thought leadership and skillful customer program development have been instrumental in shaping BuraqHR’s client-centric approach.

Fahad Ellahi, another key figure within the BuraqHR family, serves as a VP of Customer Success. Having over 15 years of Customer Success experience in managing the largest revenue-producing accounts at big logos in the talent acquisition space. Fahad’s goal is to provide best-in-class service, KPI achievement for all customers, and accelerated revenue growth.

This journey also welcomed the talents of Uzair Mutaqi, a dynamic young member who embarked on his career journey as a vital part of BuraqHR. Uzair’s early experiences in staffing formed the bedrock of his understanding of what vendors truly need from their MSP partner to thrive and succeed.
